Project overview

Jensen Bowers Group served as surveying consultants on this extensive mining operation spanning 39,000 hectares. The engagement required converting ground surface topographical data into spatially accurate datasets for earthmoving equipment via CAT Terrain and Trimble HME software. A significant challenge involved consolidating mixed current and historical data across various formats, coordinates, and measurement systems. The resulting collated dataset improved operational workflow, energy efficiency, and economic viability. Solutions were tested prior to delivery to ensure data quality standards, leveraging Jensen Bowers' expertise in Trimble HME software and CAT Terrain programming.
