Project overview
Jensen Bowers served as principal surveyors for the overlay team preparing venues for the April 2018 Commonwealth Games. The firm completed dilapidation surveys and feature setout work across multiple venues, documenting existing conditions prior to fit-out and commissioning. The surveys examined the subject and surrounding buildings, footpaths, car parks, hard stand areas, roads, internal cold shell tenancies, service infrastructure, landscaping and other miscellaneous features. The work employed both conventional and advanced technology, including high resolution cameras and video devices, UAV Drone (Aerial Photography) and 3D High Definition Cloud Scanners.
