Student One, Wharf Street

Project overview

The development, which opened January 1, 2018, is currently the world's tallest purpose-built student accommodation tower. This 41-storey structure comprises 753 beds and includes a rooftop Sky Lounge with city vistas. The $120 million project engaged Jensen Bowers to deliver survey control and positioning services, specifically to verify verticality and positioning of all structural features and offsite precast panels.
