Project overview

A 37-storey student accommodation tower in Brisbane's CBD featuring approximately 750 rooms. The development combines private studios and multi-share apartments with amenities including communal kitchens, pool and entertainment spaces, learning areas, and rooftop recreation zones. Ground floor retail and commercial spaces complement the residential accommodation. The structure incorporates outdoor terraces, barbecue facilities, media rooms, games areas, study spaces, and laundry facilities. The project was designed by architectural firm Arkhefield.
