Jensen Bowers acted as surveying consultants responsible for creating a digital 3D model to revitalise a vacant office space in central Brisbane. The team produced high-quality, high-definition, 3D scans that modelled, textured, and populated the available space to present realistically rendered images and animated walk-throughs.
The 3D modelling served two purposes: marketing the office space to prospective tenants, and planning future office layout improvements — maximising the building's development and creating a distinctive workspace.
